Active involvement during the Blueprint, Realization, Testing, Cutover, Go-Live & Hyper care phases of the project.5. Identifying system fit and gaps and providing accurate complexity and effort estimations while preserving product functionality--> Successful end-to-end delivery of 10 projects--> Provided automation percentage > ~90% in 2 of my projects by taking over cross-functional communication with product, implementation, and support teams to undergo project deliveries in stringent timelines.
