• Tasked to produce a lead-free organic perovskite thin film and/or quantum dots to produce a blue light QLED with PLQY of 50-60% (numbers obtained using DFT).• Conducted experiments and tests in a fume hood and glove box, and Perovskite pre-cursor was spin-coated on IPO/glass substrate.• Used XRD, SEM, TEM, and other characterization and analytical chemistry tests to analyze perovskites.• Proposed another alternative material in mind is using rGO as an electrode which revamped the group's research curiosity in LED stack and anode chemistry.• Generated a mind map of how PLQY of 90%+ and tabulated it in an efficient and easy to comprehend manner.• Also, along with a group, theoretical assessment of using ML and Materials Project to find optimum material using a few characterizations. (Optimum material for PLEDs, Thermoelectric, Battery electrodes, etc.)
