Processing 2-way and 3-way match invoices in SAP as per TAT.• Allocating GRN invoices through IMAP to invoice processors as a daily basis.• Ensure all mails on shared mailboxes and all other queries are answered within the time stipulated under the SLA or as agreed within the department.• Reviewing invoices and checking the requests of the same so as to avoid any errors.• Supervise and train the new joiners.• Processed credit and debit note.• Processed 800+ GRN base invoices on a weekly basis.• Handling monthend activities like GRN and Service Provisions.• Processed PO and Non PO service based invoices.• Processed Quality rejection, return invoice.• Attending the client calls based on requirement• Analyze GR/IR mismatch lines and send it for reversal and reprocess in the correct line.• Handle the client mails based on priority.• Handling several SAP Transaction codes. . Handling US , CA , AU, GB , FR, India, Singapore .. Working on PO and non PO invoice.. Preparing daily and month end reports.
