Roles & Responsibilities:Undertook Valuation assignments across multiple sectors like Real Estate, Cement industries, Iron & Steel Industry, Energy, Petrochemicals etc. Developed Automated Valuation Models for real estate through Regression analysis. Developed statistical models of Valuation through R programming.Performed Cash Flow Metric (DCF) primarily for commercial projects (Highways, Cement industries, commercial estates )Lender’s Engineer for Construction Projects, Vetting of structural designs, Project Cost and Compliances.Analyzed various laws having a bearing upon the valuation and adopted suitable valuation methodology in conformity with legal provisions.Undertook valuation assignments for Insolvency Professionals under Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code to assist resolution of stressed projects.

Spearheaded the Technical Education Quality Improvement Project - III of theWorld Bank.Engaged in Academia-industrial linkage through joint research projects.Collaborated with faculty members in designing Learning objectives, Classobjectives, and curriculum for departmental courses.Mentored various M.Tech students in completing their Thesis and Project work.
