With the trade-in, we buy back the used devices at a going rate.We are the exclusive wholesaler and retailer of “Like-New” Apple devices in Mauritius and the MEA region. We also distribute brand new Apple, Samsung, Oppo, Asus and Huawei devices amongst others.We buy back used smartphones, laptops and tablets in bulk from companies or individuals in an effort to reduce their carbon footprint. Each device is evaluated individually throught our bulk diagnosis tool.

Alcosol Ltd is a start up and forms part of the Eurolux Group, specialising in the production of hand sanitizers and surface disinfectants in the wake of the Covid 19 pandemic. Since my appointment in this new role, I have successfully diversified the revenue lines of the company into trading, imports and exports for more resilience in the face of upcoming and foreseen macro-economic challenges. Since then, the company is successfully debt free and highly profitable while enjoying a stable growth. I currently oversee all the activities of the company.

Eurolux is a paint manufacturing business headquartered in Mauritius. The company was founded as a family business in 1994 and has an annual turnover of approximately USD 3 Million. The company has subsidiaries in Madagascar and DRC, both paint producing facilities. I overlook the business growth strategies, evaluate opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to challenges.During my current tenure at the company, I successfully overturned the balance sheet of the company which was at a net deficit situation by raising capital through private equity investment and re-positioning the company's financial position at positive levels. I also significantly reduced account receivables and stocks levels by adopting an inventory to cash sales system which is a big challenge on the local market in Mauritius. This immediately impacted on the company's cash flow.During my tenure at the company, I successfully overturned the balance sheet of the company which was at a net deficit situation by raising capital through private equity investment and re-positioning itself at positive levels. I also significantly reduced account receivables and stocks levels by adopting an inventory to cash sales system which is quite a challenge in the local industry, This immediately impacted on the company's cash flow. I have also successfully brought onboard state based equity investors to support the future strategic growth of the company.I was currently co-managing the company as from December 2019 till February 2020 with the new management to ensure a smooth transition.

India Green Reality Limited is a public limited company in India. With an authorized share capital of MUR 127,500,000 and a paid up capital is MUR 127,100,000, the company is involved in real estate development and promotion. I was the Managing Director of the Mauritian branch, overlooking its set up phase, management team selection, fund structuring, capital raise up (through private equity) and business development. During my tenure, the company successfully bid and was awarded a tender valued at USD 18 Million involving the development, promotion and construction of offices and residential units in Mauritius.

During my tenure as Director of Finance, I've successfully put together a strategical business plan to turnaround the company. I have also successfully negotiated and raised USD 1 Million of capital from private equity investors to support the company's strategic transition. I have been heavily involved with the company's banks to restructure its financial instruments thereby reducing the company's gearing to improve the cash flow.

At Deutsche Bank, I headed the accounting team responsible for the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, from an Issuer perspective structured finance transactions and asset finance transactions, including SPV's, CLO/CDOs, LPN'S, high yield bond issuances, receivable transactions, programs, multi-issuance vehicles, private equity transactions, fund structures and derivative transactions. I was part of the Luxembourg Investment Banking team, which specialized in SPV structuring for European clients dealing with securities and bonds issuance. My experience at Deutsche Bank broadened my understanding and enabled me to master various financial instruments.

At BDO, my duties involved conducting assigned audit engagements successfully from beginning to end for companies in the following sectors: Banking, Manufacturing, Insurance, Financial Service Providers, Management Companies, Holding Companies, Hotels & Hospitality, among others. Also, identifying and communicating issues raised, offering recommended solutions relevant to business and risk. Developing audit programs and testing procedures relevant to risk and test objectives.

Based in Cape Town South Africa, Solar One was a start up dealing with the supply and installation of renewable energy equipment. The company was awarded several Government contracts in South Africa and I was responsible for the daily running of the company. I made sure that all projects were within the set out time frames, that daily targets were being met, led the various teams and derived specific strategies to penetrate into other markets, liaised with existing customers, analysed daily sales and reported to CEO, among others.

I was responsible for the outsourcing of raw materials, commodities and commodities among others. I engaged mostly on the Asian market which required constant liaising with suppliers. This has given me much knowledge about international trade and I was dealing with import/export on a regular basis.

I was responsible for meeting targets for cash collection from customers and giving support to the management of the Debtors Ledger. This a part time job during my study years at Exeter.
