With a BE degree in Chemical Engineering from Thapar University, I joined Flora & Fragrances International as the Chief Operating Officer in January 2020. Flora & Fragrances is a leading company in the fragrance, flavors, and essential oils industry, with a strong global network and presence. In my role, I collaborate with the CEO and the board to set and execute the company's vision, mission, and values, aligning them with the market trends and customer needs. I also partner with the R&D, production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency in our products and processes. Additionally, I contribute to the expansion of our global network and presence, by developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, distributors, and suppliers, and by exploring new opportunities and markets for our products. Through my work, I leverage my core competencies in international sales and marketing, business development, and product innovation, and aim to create value for our customers, stakeholders, and employees, and to make a positive impact on the environment and the society.
