1. Responsible for entire HR functions of the organisation including talent acquisition, client and vendor management, campus hiring, on-boarding of employees, managing attrition etc.Involved in extensive recruitment for all level.2. Handle orientation and induction program for all new hires, introducing them to the spearheads of the system. Conduct on boarding formalities like documentation, bank account formalities, the creation of new hire profiles, ID cards, background verifications etc.3.
