In this fast-paced competitive world, I am someone who realises the importance of effective interdependence - in the form of listening and understanding before seeking to be understood, effectively communicating and creating win-win situations - along with the importance and need of being independently skilled and knowledgeable - in the form of knowing various IT skills, interpersonal skills, leadership, management, goal-orientation - both short term and Vision & Mission of the organisation. I have done my schooling from Kolkata, and have specialised in commerce and business in my undergrad - BBA from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata. Being an maths and economics enthusiast, I have completed various papers of Actuarial science during my Undergrad and was a passionate contributor to society - professionally through the Xavier's Management Society and personally through the Women's Interlink Foundation. I am a compassionate leader and believe in empowering and positively impacting people as I move forward in life. I have gained various skills (mentioned underneath) and become a meticulous structured thinker and strategic problem solver by working in various departments in an early stage startup after completing my undergrad. An ethical and morally responsible management enthusiast, I have always paved my own unique way and am now the Vertical Head in BlueMasons - an early stage Interior Designing and Architecture startup. I am currently an upcoming student at the flagship PGP programme of the prestigious Indian School of Business wherein I look forward to observe, comprehend, learn and give meaningful layers to the different parts of business that I experienced during my work experience in the startup as well as in my Venture, Paritranaam.
