As a Director and Co-Owner at BALAJI AAGMAN PVT LTD & S.S.INDUSTRIES, I oversee a wide range of steel products and services, such as structural steel, poles and high mast, bridges and flyovers, transmission and telecom towers, solar mounting structures, and pre-engineered builds. I graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calcutta, where I gained a solid foundation in business and commerce. My core competencies include business development, project management , manufacturing, production planning, engineering & business ownership. In my current role, I work with a team of engineers, designers, and fabricators to deliver high-quality and customized solutions for various clients and projects. I use data analysis skills to monitor and optimize the performance, quality, and profitability of our products and services. I also partner with other stakeholders, such as suppliers, contractors, and regulators, to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
