As a Cluster Assistant Revenue Manager at Hilton, I along with my team oversee the revenue performance of eight hotels in South India, ranging from select to full service luxury brands. I have a BSc in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from the IHM, Pusa.I leverage my communication, data, and pricing skills to manage the inventory, market positioning, budgeting, forecasting, and profit maximization for each hotel. I have successfully increased RevPAR and ADR for the cluster by implementing effective revenue management strategies and collaborating with different stakeholders. I also prepare and present reports, chair weekly Business focus meetings, and conduct trainings for the team. I started my career at Marriott International, where I learned and mastered new skills in reactive sales and revenue management. I completed the Graduate Development Program in the North India Revenue Management Cluster, where I gained valuable experience in using revenue management systems, tools, and analytics to drive revenue growth. I also earned multiple certifications from AHLEI and Marriott International in hospitality management, leadership, and essential skills for supervisors and managers.I am passionate about the hospitality industry and eager to learn , take on new challenges, and grow as a professional.
