With Driptrip(a bootstrapped sneaker resealing initiative), Embarked on a journey to establish a thriving platform, operating on a smaller scale, I was actively involved in building and shaping a marketplace for sneaker resale. Unfortunately, we had to pause our efforts due to challenges in finding a scalable Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and encountering inventory management issues. Despite the temporary setback, our commitment to delivering a remarkable sneaker reselling experience remained unwavering, and valuable lessons were learned along the way.
