As a Regional Manager at Azuro, I oversee the sales and operations of multiple properties across the city, working with a team of professionals to ensure the highest standards of service efficiency and professionalism for our clients. Azuro is the first and the largest property management service in India, catering to the needs of NRIs and house-owners who want to rent out their properties without any hassle. I collaborate with various stakeholders, such as tenants, vendors, and partners, to manage the end-to-end aspects of property management, such as finding tenants, conducting background checks, automating rent collection, maintaining the property, and executing inspection on tenant exit.I have a strong background in business development, having worked at BYJU'S, the leading e-learning company in India, as a Senior Business Development Manager and a Business Development Manager. I achieved multiple sales records and awards, such as the highest number of sales and the highest ARPU in February and March 2020. I also developed and implemented effective strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention, using my skills in customer relationship management, communication, and business operations. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology from Shri Vaishnav Institute of Technology and Science, Indore, where I acquired technical skills in C++ and Microsoft Word.
