Yashna Jhamb is the Co-Founder of Ooloi Labs, an organisation dedicated to advancing the impact of organizations through qualitative insights and data-driven tools. Working at the intersection of Knowledge, Data, Communities, and Design, Yashna has supported civil society organizations across domains such as public health, education, and sustainable development, enabling them to implement optimized, context-specific solutions. Her journey spans diverse initiatives—from making quality education accessible in rural communities to bridging the divide between the organized and unorganized sectors. Her work has addressed challenges in menstrual health, waste management, and sexual and reproductive health (SRH), always grounded in a human-centric approach. Most recently, Yashna has focused on empowering organizations to integrate voices from the field into decision-making through Ooloi Labs' flagship tool, the Open Knowledge Framework (OKF). Through OKF, Ooloi Labs partners with teams across Southeast Asia and Africa, enabling them to gather, structure, and analyze qualitative data to create impactful, adaptive programs in real-time. Yashna’s vision is to drive organizations to blend the power of qualitative insights with their strategies, making voices from the ground central to program and policy design.
