➤ Owned and setup complete infrastructure for one of the partners on GCP based on a shared VPC model with Terraform. This involved maintaining multiple Terraform configurations for networking, storage, containers, firewalls, service accounts, VMs, etc. Also involved complex landing zone setup with GCP and third-party firewalls with east-west traffic model in a completely air-gapped network➤ Single-handedly separated the shared dev-prod cluster into individual region-based clusters without any downtime or disruption. Included planning for all failure scenarios and recovery plans in case of any issues. Made sure the migration was invisible to both users and developers.➤ Built the entire Helm infrastructure code from scratch improving on the existing Kube YAML files and introduced the team with best practices on working with it. Setup new company-wide processes to follow regarding safe and available deployments.➤ Led the development of a realtime-collabarative CRDT editor backend (backed by Yjs) with optimal, no-latency save and optimized DB operations. Built an extensible block-based ecosystem for future projects to reuse and build upon.➤ Built and deployed a realtime video conference solution (backed by Jitsi) which involved setting up a Kubernetes cluster from scratch (done on a steep learning curve due to no previous experience). Also involved gather a lot of domain knowledge around video rendering, video delivery, WebRTC, encoding and decoding technologies to optimize the platform for low-bandwidth Indian regions. Customized Jitsi code to adapt for Indian networks and custom platform needs.

➤ Performed analysis on student churn and retention based on learning data provided from comprehensive continuous-based learning applications.➤ EDA and PCA in R (programming language) and Python. Created dashboards and visualizations to showcase insights and generate more questions for the data.
