I have always had a fascination for numbers🔢 #️⃣, how they can be exact and give so much information to the people that can interpret them. That’s why from an early age, I wanted to be one of them, someone that could know if a business would be successful or not, just by analysing and comparing figures.This led me to pursue my passion for learning more about businesses and economics by completing my Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and Business Finance at Wayamba University, Sri Lanka. I then continued to explore my curiosity in the world of Accounting, Finance and Technology by completing my Master of Professional Accounting at Central Queensland University, Melbourne.I have also gathered 1 year of experience in Accounts payable & receivable, payroll, month-end closing, and bank reconciliations with demonstrated results in maximising cost savings by developing data-driven reports.𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐀𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:🎖️Conducted comprehensive cost centre analysis and developed a dashboard to present divisional trends and recommendations to improve cost savings.
