Yashoverdhan is a graduate of IIM Kozhikode with over six years of diverse experience in sales, operations, strategy, manufacturing, and business development. Before pursuing his MBA, he gained valuable experience in accounting, taxation, audit, and finance. During his time at IIM Kozhikode, he was actively involved as a member of the Corporate Relations and Placements Team and was recognized as one of the Top 100 Competitive Business Leaders in 2019.His journey continued at a Fintech start-up, where he became the youngest leader to head a major region, successfully managing a book size of INR 4.5Bn+ and playing a pivotal role in the company's growth, ultimately achieving Unicorn status. In addition to his career milestones, he has been instrumental in effectively transforming acquired assets and has also served as an acting CEO for a manufacturing company.Currently, Yashoverdhan is part of CEOFactory, driven by his passion for tackling business challenges. He loves the journey of problem-solving and implementation and is particularly motivated by watching the businesses he collaborates with scale and flourish.Outside of work, Yashoverdhan enjoys riding his bike, playing table tennis, and discussing pop culture topics.
