Being a software tester, I maintain a good basis in both manual and automated testing. This helps ensure the product excellence of our in-house software, QA Portal. I would say that working with Development and QA teams to decide on the requirements for testing and to set a good strategy of testing is one of my biggest strengths. In this respect, having practical experience in tools like Java, JMeter, Selenium, Jira, and SQL can provide the user with the facilities to document a test case in detail and execute it, automate the activities of testing, analyze the data generated, and above all, facilitates the identification of problems and resolves them early in the development phase. In my role, I actively engage with stakeholders to collect feedback and align testing initiatives with business goals. I also work closely with clients to grasp their needs and guarantee that the QA Portal meets and surpasses their expectations.Connects technical teams to stakeholders to ensure on-time, quality delivery of software solutions, thereby achieving project success and upgrading the overall quality of our software through focus on continuous improvement as well as on delighting the users.
