Budgeting: Preparation of budgeted financial statement for each Division and Group. Preparation of budgeted cash flow and fund flow statement. Preparation of Functional budget for preparation of consolidated financial statement.Supervision & Finalisation of Accounts Supervision and updating of Accounts. Ensure adherence to accounting Standard, polices, and classification of accounts head. Maintaining control in relation to A/c Receivable & Payable. Ensure Proper valuation of inventory and updating in accounts. Ensure timely Intergroup Reconciliation and Bank Reconciliation made. Controlling cash & cash Equivalent and Reconciliation. Preparation monthly, quarterly, half yearly, yearly financial statement and consolidated financial statement. Maintaining Proper Records of accounts.Banking & Financial Planning: Responsible for both short term and long term financial planning. Lead the design and implementation of the structure of financial resource and all financial operation of company. Manage day to day banking function. Responsible to submit C.M.A., stock statement, performance statement to banker. Working capital Management. Maintaining relationship with banker for smooth banking function.Taxation and Legal compliance : Ensure all taxation & legislative requirement are full filled all time. Ensure all statutory payment ie..ESI, PF, ADVANCE TAX, TDS, SERVICE TAX, EXCISE, VAT and filling of return timely made. Responsible for maintaining all statutory records. Preparation and providing documents for an income tax, sales tax assessment proceeding. Responsible for all statutory & secretarial compliance.Follow-up & Preparation of Internal and External Audit :Internal control and cost reduction : Set-up internal control process for purchase, sales, inventory, expenses, cash, and follow up for implementation. Analysis the area of cost reduction and set the system for cost reduction.MIS Reporting:
