I work in the US Private Equity and Credit team at Macquarie Capital Principal Finance, focusing on balance sheet investments across the capital structure, including senior/unitranche credit, junior capital and private equity.I previously worked in Investment Banking at Rothschild & Co in Sydney, covering the Infrastructure, Transport and Energy / Natural Resources sectors. I advised corporate and financial sponsor clients on the origination, structuring and execution of complex M&A and Project Finance transactions. I also have prior experience as a lawyer, having worked for a number of years in the M&A teams of major law firms King & Wood Mallesons and Corrs Chambers Westgarth. Between September 2016 and July 2017, I completed a MSc in Law and Finance (MLF) at Wadham College at the University of Oxford, graduating with the Finance Prize for First Place in the MLF Finance course. Prior to work, I studied a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance major) and Bachelor of Laws degree at the University of New South Wales where I graduated in the top 5% of my class with Distinction in Commerce and First Class Honours in Law. I also studied abroad on exchange at McGill University Law School in Montreal, Canada.
