- Project Management: Own the end-to-end management of high-impact Operations projectswith weekly support from SPMO leadership. Responsibilities include planning and launchingprojects, applying the appropriate project management practices and tools to optimize projectdelivery, managing cross-functional stakeholders to collect their inputs and ensure theircommitment to the project, and closing out projects and transitioning ownership of keyactivities/deliverables back to the business.- Strategic & Business Management: Seek appropriate organizational expertise to understandthe essential business impacts of a projects, define measurable project objectives that areinline with HelloFresh’s business goals, develop a tailored project delivery strategies, andensure business and strategic alignment through project delivery- Stakeholder Management: For each project, identify impacted stakeholders and develop anapproach for involving relevant stakeholders. Proactively and diligently involve stakeholdersto ensure project commitments are met. Take a long-term view in managing relationships withstakeholders by building trust, addressing concerns, balancing competing priorities, andeffectively applying persuasion/negotiation/compromise. Motivate teams and drive positivityon projects.- Problem Solving & Analysis: Understand and solve complex people, process, and techproblems that stretch over multiple parts of the business. Analyze and present data in order toprovide solid recommendations for the project to the senior leadership team

- Drive the Operational Excellence vision of continuously improving safety, quality,efficiency and engagement- Quickly understand and communicate complex processes to others- Take ownership of core warehouse and production processes by driving standardizationand continuous improvement- Act as a champion of site operations, working closely with stakeholders both on theshop floor and in the office alike- Leverage large internal datasets to drive decisions, identify and quantify opportunities,and prioritize to deliver improvements in cost, quality, and delivery- Support root cause and failure mode & effects analyses to mitigate risks and preventrecurring issues related to product quality, pick and pack accuracy, minute-per-boxefficiency, and waste- Support the development and delivery of communication and change managementplans to relevant stakeholders to identify and remove project implementation risks andeffectively launch and sustain operational changes- Create standard operating procedures, documentation and other visual managementtools

- Develop, lead and execute strategic analyses for the Business' strategic plan to increase revenue, increase margin or reduce costs;- Participate in the forecasting of different segments of the business by building a financial model;- Conduct comparative analyses and benchmarking between our competitors' capabilities and our capabilities;- Research, track and/or consolidate data on key market drivers, industry trends, competitors and future trends;- Plan, coordinate and prepare presentations on behalf of our leadership team;- Present analysis and/or recommended strategy to leadership team;- Improve and/or automate the team's tools and processes to increase quality and productivity.

The role of the Vice-President Internal involves supervising the daily operations of internal managerial positions, working closely with the finance manager. Moreover, the VP Internal is responsible for overseeing the production of the student hand book and graduate student advocacy initiatives.Lastly, the VP Internal plays an integral role in the recruiting, interviewing, and making recommendations to the Council for Graduate Student Representation on the University’s academic and administrative bodies.

- Premium Review: managing queues of incoming Pending submissions for reviewfor Key Accounts, working on the Premium Review team to deliver consistentreview quality for our brands, ensuring reasonable wait times for end-users, andpreventing a backlog of Pending submissions/rewards for all Premium Reviewclients’ live campaigns.- Launch Operations: juggling a variety of tasks for launch operations, includingnew Brand Dealer Lists’ for upload, ENDVR Plus launch support for the Acct. Mgmtteam, 3PL logistical support.- Business Process Optimization: phase 1 for this internship will be training &orientation to master each Operational team/function, but each function willbecome a project for Automation, Outsourcing & Optimization this summer 2022. i.e. Premium Review, 3PL Rewards, Customer Support, Admin Tasks
