I'm a second year PhD student at Johns Hopkins working on AI + healthcare. My experience spans transformers, LLMs, neuroscience, and cognition. I've been a visiting PhD student at Harvard Medical School under Pranav Rajpurkar, a research engineer at HHMI Janelia Research Campus working on deep learning for synaptic plasticity, and a researcher at AutoML lab in Freiburg focusing on Neural Architecture Search. I've also worked at UCL's Gatsby Computational Neuroscience Unit on biologically plausible learning algorithms and completed my undergraduate thesis at NTU Singapore on LLMs for personality prediction. Previously a software developer at Amazon, I transitioned to research and am always eager to discuss it, especially with those starting their journey.
