I am the founder of Serenity Wellness, an online mental health organization with the goal to make therapy accessible and affordable. I am additionally working as a consultant psychologist.With an M.A. in Applied Psychology (2022), my educational background is rooted in comprehensive training. I honed my skills as a Clinical Psychology intern at Lokmanya Tilak Municipal General Hospital in Mumbai, where I gained practical knowledge and experience. Additionally, I worked as a Psychology Intern at Phanes Clinic for 7 months, further expanding my expertise. In my practice, I employ an eclectic therapeutic approach, drawing primarily from Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy. By integrating elements of Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Transactional Analysis with Gestalt Work, and Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy, I offer a comprehensive and tailored approach to each individual.
