End to End Recruitment.• Review and understand the job requirements, screening and evaluating candidates and setting up interviews with client coordinators/Implementer's.• Facilitating the interview and hiring decision-making process with technical interviewers and hiring managers. • Foster a seamless partnership with technical hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies around utilization of networking and outreach technology meet up events.• Developed job specifications with hiring managers and managed internal website and job board postings.• Web Research, Business development, Pre sales & Sales, Lead Generation, Data Base Creation.• Executed first round of technical screenings and evaluation of candidates on various technical skills before setting up face-to-face interviewing with hiring managers.• Coordinating placements and new hires. Vendor networking and placing Citizen, Green Card, TN candidates in quick turnaround time• Regular follow ups with current consultants as well as those on existing projects. Strive to maintain a long and healthy professional relationship.• Monitoring and tracking candidate pipeline and ensuring it is adequate to meet the requirements of the open vacancies.• Extending offers and following-up on subsequent employment contract generation.• Managing service agents to ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative processes (e.g., background checks and reference checks), as required.• Communicating results and organizing start dates with client and candidate.• Providing regular updates and feedback back and forth between concerned parties.
