Services Engineer
CurrentResponsible for all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical ,Plumbing,fire fighting) works at Aqua-1, Aqua-2 and Avenue residential projects of Ozone group. Handled 14 residential towers in total during my work span at Ozone Urbana. Represents the client's interest. Develops strategy for delivery of the projects from concept to completion stage. Ensures effective communication between clients and project team members. • Monitor and execute all the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing activities at the site within the given deadlines.• Assist in vendor selection, management & development.• Conducting weekly progress review meetings with the clients and contractors and circulate MOM.• Adhering to BOQ, SOP’s and Quality control norms with relevance to NBC 2005.• Electrical:-Slab conduiting, wall conduiting, wiring, internal & external electrical works etc.• Plumbing & fire fighting:-Internal and external plumbing works, soil, rain and storm water drain chamber works, rain water harvesting pits ,WTP, OHT puddle flange, FHR cabinets ,alarm panel installation, fire hydrant lines, PA system etc• Validating the JMR (Joint Measurement Report) of the contractor and assisting in the bill related follow ups with the client & corporate team.• Preparing snag lists and insisting the vendors and contractors to rectify them immediately.• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to achieve the project requirements. • Verify all the MEP, structural and architectural drawings including GFC- record drawings and communicate with the design consultants for any changes, queries and information.• Provide on-site construction support and mentoring junior staff as required.• Inspection of equipment’s & installations.• Any other responsibilities as assigned to manage project.
