• Managing Manufacturing Execution System - Spearheaded the management of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) of the entire plant including design and review of safety interlocks. • Flexibility inclusion developed in the plant around 12 emulsion, 3 opacifiers & 20 new paint products has been implemented & produced in auto mode. • Handling the MSSQL data base as a storage for MES using with high proficiency of SQL and WFM (Workflow manager) for making workflow of any process for automation. • Managing Microsoft SQL Server – Looking for database related activities using SQL. Having good command on SQL. • Managing system automation using SQL link with SAP, OPC server and DCS (Distributed control system). • Utilized DCS programming skills to develop and test logic for automated paint mixing and dispensing systems, minimizing manual errors, and improving productivity.• Conducted operator training sessions on new procedural automation applications and procedures, facilitating smooth adoption by production teams.• Managing Change management system of plant level – Managing, executing, and implementing of logic, process, and operational changes in running plant without any hinderance to plant operations while ensuring zero deviation in term of safety and quality. Maintaining control philosophy of all changed logics.• Integration part of data Analytics using Site Machine and MES. • Ensure Right First time is maintained whilst defining new and at existing processes Batch Planning, in house Emulsion Scheduling. Checking of all interlocks and logic in DCS and MES Processed 12 emulsion products with 100% RFT • Troubleshooting of logics in case any glitch in the MES & DCS logics • Maintaining the daily report on the production and as per the daily production plan • Conversant with SAP (R/3) – Production Planning Module Conversant with operation & trouble shooting of ABB DCS & MIS systems under fully automated environment.
