Lead a team of 12 members and worked extensively to enrich the Selection catalog Worldwide by identifying the product, brand and seller gaps. This involves understanding the customer behavior to support the decisions taken at a broader level by analyzing various data sources collected and providing insights for the business. My typical work day was involved in working on highly scalable web scraping and crawling infrastructure to retrieve data for analysis, tracking and reporting issues with the current process, maintaining adherence to SOP by the team and to perform analysis and create reports and KPIs to measure business impact.
