Stock tracking - keep track of hardware / components / licenses / AMCs. Generate weekly stock reports, shipping capability. Raise request for new purchases at trigger levels. Follow up with multiple vendors, coordinate shipping and customs clearances with CHA (where applicable). Shipping - Track assembly and shipping dates once PO is places on the company. Generate documentation and liaising with shipping agents and other partners. Coordinate with purchase / shipping department on Customer side. Maintain MEIS and duty drawback information and track payments. Status - Keep management updated on order status, production, packing, transit, delivery delays. Good command of English and Kannada.
