o Preparation of PFEMA, Process flow chart, Control Plan, Gauge R & R study (MSA), Process capability study (SPC), and Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) & Coordinator for APQP & PPAP sample development verificationo Ensures that incoming, in process and final inspection is carried out as planned and generating reports as per customer requirements.o Managing internal audit schedules and carrying out vendor assessments for new and existing.o Preparation of COPQ monthly by analyzing daily production, rework and rejection report.o Analyze the problem and preparing 8D methodologies by involving Cross Functional Team (CFT) to close customer complaints.o Responsible for calibration and control of all IMTEs for inspection.o Non Conformance Raising (NCR) and implementation/review of Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to prevent reoccurrence.o Worked as key member in CFT of the organization to performed goal driven co-ordination of cross functional teams for quick issue resolution.
