CurrentI primarily work on financial damages valuations in commercial and intellectual property disputes, where I have contributed to expert opinions in litigation that have resulted in significant reductions in owed damages. My responsibilities include: • Exploring, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets using R, SAS (including SQL), Python, and Excel. Proactively identifying gaps in data and case-specific knowledge and determining appropriate information sources to supplement technical analyses. • Extracting and converting relevant information from large productions of documents and data (including legal contracts, company filings, and analyst/industry reports) into digestible formats.• Conducting qualitative research on case-relevant industries to understand competition, market trends, and economic determinants using resources such as Bloomberg, S&P CapIQ, Factiva, and Morningstar.• Presenting tailored results and research summaries to multiple stakeholders (case managers, external expert teams, and law firm clients) by preparing dynamic data visualizations, statistical tables, and cross-referenced memos.• Collaborating with subject experts and managers to develop sound analytical approaches, identifying drawbacks and risks of each approach and conducting sensitives to test foundational assumptions.• Supervising teams of analysts and organizing rigorous internal audits and quality control of output.
