Experienced professional in the education industry. Started a new role as the Work Placement Officer for Southern Cross Education Institute at March of 2023, pivoting from Higher Education to Vocational Education and Training. In my previous experience as an Executive under INTI, I was in charge of making sure a spectrum of student needs is met by handling the portfolios of Student Services, Timetabling and Scholarship & Study Loans Office. Hence, I am well experienced in cross-departmental, cross-functional collaborations, and balancing the needs of stakeholders.I organized events ranging from mental health campaigns to annual galas and sport days. A highlight of my career was when organizing the the 2019 INTIMA Conference along with my students. While it was definitely a logistic challenge, as it involved representatives from the five INTI campuses within Malaysia, we pulled it off with meticulous planning and teamwork.As for performance, from 2018 until my final review in 2021, I have met and exceeded all my annual KPI reviews. My personal approach to taking on any challenge is to start by breaking down objectives into actionable pieces. I find that taking a structural approach like this allows me to plan better, and also helps to alleviate the stress and anxiety from a big project.
