Responsibilities • Read and interpret detailed engineering drawings, technical specifications and CAD models of AHUs and FCUs • Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) on completed AHUs and FCUs to ensure the structural stability of components according to specifications. • Addressing technical problems with proactive solutions • Analyse existing technology and make recommendations for improvements • Attend to construction site collaboration with client to analyse construction site conditions and recommend required parameters for design of AHUs & FCUs and other structures in the lay out plan.• Design of structural components of Air Handling Units (AHUs)/ Fan Coil Units (FCUs) and programming to cut material for manufacturing • Attend construction site to provide assistance, guide to site personal regarding assembly of AHUs and FCUs (Flat Pack) and rectify issue on AHUs and FCUs.• Review the work of technicians and provide technical advice to other support personal • Providing technical support to further develop processes in the factory floor • Maintain safety procedures on all manufacturing processes within the facility and on the construction site
