-Working closely with Deputy Commissioner in East Singhbhum,Jharkhand to implement NITI AAYOG Aspirational District Program -Analyze the monthly data of champions of change dashboard, host the monthly meeting, and prepare the monthly plan in improve the data -Evaluate the assess of the ground situation of various schemes -Teachers capacity building workshops for foundational literacy and Numeracy -Conduct regular field visits and assesments to monitor progress , identify challenges , and make necessary adjustments to the action plan -Developing and implementing district level action plan that aligns with the governments -vision and priortise based on data and need analysis -Facilitating the coordination and implementation of development programs across different domains( Education , Health and ICDS ) and non profit organisations -Reporting based on data analysis on progress of government and other stake holders , highlighting achievements and challenges
