I am a Product Manager & Android Team Lead for more than 7 years now. While I was developing android apps in "Adroit" a client-based company I just become motivated to launch my apps on the play store. So I decided to launch my own "Fitness" application on the play store. After publishing my first application I got some success regarding revenue and downloads. But during this period I felt I need some more skills like "ASO" and "UI/UX" to become successful in the mobile application business. So I wanted to join some product based company. So I joined the "Content Arcade ", a highly successful company in the mobile apps business now. I was the first "Android Developer" hired. We develop some recipes applications in android first. We get some success but these apps were not a big hit. As our "CEO" was very motivated and passionate to achieve a distinctive success and he does meetings with us and asks our suggestions. This was the point where I come up with an idea for the "LOGO MAKER" application. Our CEO appreciate this idea and give us the go-ahead to start working on it. We develop for both Android and iOS platforms. And this idea proved to be a considerable success on the iOS platform at first and it was a huge encouragement for us. Here the story continues, we were continuously struggling with the "Logo Maker" android application as the market dynamics of "Play Store" is different than Apple's "App Store". We deeply analyze our apps and find space for some very exciting features that were built in "design templates" and a logo design sharing feature. Together with these new exciting features we also put efficient "ASO" efforts like adopting effective keywords strategy and optimizing our store listing with the insights gained through a series of planned "Store Listings Experiments" we achieve huge success in the case of our android "Logo Maker" app as well. Currently, I am leading the android application development team and also managing our products from every angle like "Development", "UI/UX" and "ASO".
