> Recruitment & Selection (White collar and Blue collar) End-to-end process creating a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections.>Coordinating with job agency in UAE and outer UAE.>Maintaining staff attendance, salary sheet and overtime sheet.>Manage payroll process and ensure timely payments.>Coordinating with PRO for renewals of firm documents, including work permits, medical licenses, and other employee visas.>Preparing and providing staff requirements such as NOCs, salary certificates, employment certificates, and so on.>Updating employee records, HR data, employee lists, and ensuring the Company master file is up to date.>Creating monthly HR reports as requested by the HR manager.>Managing the employee separation process, clearance, contract and visa cancellation, exit procedure, etc.
