Major responsibilities at Gerry’s Dnata as a Duty Officer; ** Checking attendance of the shift and making duty location for counter, baggage segregation, arrival functions, pax guidance, immigration and security check staff.** Checking all the SITA msgs, e-mails, fax and flight plan.** Coordination with all the departments like Customer Services, Ramp, Cargo, Catering, ATC, FIA, CAA, ASF, ANF, Customs and different protocol companies both private and govt.** Taking care of the counter, segregation, correct load sheet figure on time and correct flight plan for ATC and captain. And also start the boarding on time to make sure the best before time push back of the aircraft.** Taking care of all the pre-flight and post-flight functions and formalities.
