To manage and ensure all the production of Potato Chips, Extruded Products, Nuts range, Potato extrusion line, and Pellet products regarding raw and packaging material inspection, in-process product checking, finished product evaluation and Packing analysis using company Quality standards and Specifications.As acting AM production my basic responsibility was to manage and ensure the Production operations as per production plan & according to the approved standards of costing and quality assurance standards.Arrange all raw & packing materials according to production plan.Maintain and Minimize the Processing & packing waste according to production standards.Maintain Packing capacity according to production plan.Responsible to meet the Production plan & production deadline.To deliver awareness to supervisor & operators about Processing & packaging problems.Co-ordinate with the other departments to solving any production related issues & ensure the smooth running of operations.To Conduct R&D for development of new products and improvement of existing Products.Organized Training program for workers and operators To ensure food safety and personal hygiene & quality assurance standards.To ensure sanitation/housekeeping & better hygienic Conditions at plants.
