    1. Strategic Planning: Managed and completed the National Film Archive's strategic path and objectives, including its vision, mission, and goals in association with Naseej Pvt. The National Film Archive’s Strategy, Policies, Procedures, Legal Regulations, IPR, Technical Infrastructure, Organization Structure, and Business Model have been finalized in line with international best practices.2. Infrastructure Planning: Assisting the NFA in developing its temporary and permanent facilities in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The NFA built a temporary storage facility at Digital City to store, archive, preserve, and manage its film collection. Before permanently housing the existing collection at the Jax Studio, it will be preserved by international standards for at least one year. 3. Collection Planning: Designed and implemented a collection management plan for the National Film Archive to maintain the archival collection in storage. The archive currently contains approximately 70,000 items, including films, posters, digital prints, scripts, photographs, albums, projectors, and so on. Currently, the work consists of categorical classification, allotting Unique IDs, labeling, and developing a systematic database based on item classification. 4. Preservation Planning: Prepared a detailed outline that provides instructions for collection preservation at a storage facility, including an ideal environmental condition, inspection, quality check, packaging, and proper upkeep in the designated area. It will emphasize high-quality standards, following national and international archival standards, to prevent further deterioration. 5. Technical Planning: To support the NFA team in developing the technical infrastructure for means, systems, scanners, software, and equipment to collect, preserve, catalog, digitize, and restore films and other materials in their analog and digital formats. In addition, data management on local drives, servers, and cloud storage.
