1. Strategic Planning: Managed and completed the National Film Archive's strategic path and objectives, including its vision, mission, and goals in association with Naseej Pvt. Ltd. and Strategy&. The National Film Archive’s Strategy, Policies, Procedures, Legal Regulations, IPR, Technical Infrastructure, Organization Structure, and Business Model have been finalized in line with international best practices.2. Infrastructure Planning: Assisting the NFA in developing its temporary and permanent facilities in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The NFA built a temporary storage facility at Digital City to store, archive, preserve, and manage its film collection. Before permanently housing the existing collection at the Jax Studio, it will be preserved by international standards for at least one year. 3. Collection Planning: Designed and implemented a collection management plan for the National Film Archive to maintain the archival collection in storage. The archive currently contains approximately 70,000 items, including films, posters, digital prints, scripts, photographs, albums, projectors, and so on. Currently, the work consists of categorical classification, allotting Unique IDs, labeling, and developing a systematic database based on item classification. 4. Preservation Planning: Prepared a detailed outline that provides instructions for collection preservation at a storage facility, including an ideal environmental condition, inspection, quality check, packaging, and proper upkeep in the designated area. It will emphasize high-quality standards, following national and international archival standards, to prevent further deterioration. 5. Technical Planning: To support the NFA team in developing the technical infrastructure for means, systems, scanners, software, and equipment to collect, preserve, catalog, digitize, and restore films and other materials in their analog and digital formats. In addition, data management on local drives, servers, and cloud storage.

During my tenure as the founder director of the Mahira Foundation, which spanned over eight years, I successfully spearheaded numerous projects encompassing archiving, collections management, research, and museums design. My strong leadership abilities and adherence to high professional standards have been instrumental in guiding the Mahira Foundation team.

Developing a Digital Repository of 30,000 artifacts for National Crafts Museum and Hastkala Academy in collaboration with Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts, New Delhi.3. Supporting the Project Management Unit (PMU) in capacity building in documentation, digitization, dissemination and staff training programs. 4. Co-ordinating with Silvertouch Private Ltd. for designing and development of web application, Sagar NGO for digitization of artifacts, Pearl Academy for research on textiles at the National Crafts Museum and Hastkala Academy, New Delhi. 5. Overview and monitoring the documentation work of museum artifacts in-line with GLAM International Standards for National Crafts Museum and Hastkala Academy, New Delhi.

Identifying and preserving the cultural heritage of India available in Audiovisual form in institutions across the country through a process of documentation, digitization and dissemination.5. Faculty for Post Graduate Diploma courses on Cultural Informatics (PGDCI), Preventive Conservation (PGDPC), and Digital Library & Data Management (PGDDLDM) offered by Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts, New Delhi.9. Developed Sangam Devotional Music Mobile and Web Application with Project Management Unit, designed by Ministry of Culture, Govt. of India.10. Working on Angkor Wat: An Interactive Multimedia Project, world's largest religious complex at Siem Reap, Cambodia.11. Developing a Digital Repository (Archive) of 30,000 artifacts at National Crafts Museum and Hastkala Academy in collaboration with IGNCA, New Delhi.12. Collection Management: Work undertaken falls under the broad category of documentation & digitization of the entire museum collection such as Paintings, Photographs, Books, Lithographs, Textiles & Costumes, Furniture, Insignia’s, Arms & Armor, Decorative Arts, Jewellery and Numismatic, etc.3. Research & Content Writing: Write-ups, captions, wall text, design with animated panels, and bilingual articles to fulfilling the need of locals.4. Curation: Curated Painting gallery with the exhibition titled ‘Patronage & Devotion - Devi in Marwar Painting’. Inclusion in the display of Textile, Arm & Armor, and Cradle Galleries. Revamp the period rooms (Daulat Khana, Takhat Villas, Phool Mahal, Moti Mahal). Put-together a Numismatic display and showcase a painting pigment box. 5. Exhibitions: Member of an international exhibition "Peacock in the Desert: The Royal Arts of Jodhpur, India" exhibited at The Museum of Fine Arts, Houston. In-house exhibitions - “Patronage & Devotion - Devi in Marwar Painting” and member of other exhibitions like “Origin of Sufism in India” and “Rare Glimpses - Architectural Heritage of Jodhpur” at Mehrangarh Fort Museum.6. Conservation: Worked with Ms. Deborah Lee (Independent Conservator) for Metal objects and Shri Surender Singh (Conservator at IMACC, Jodhpur) for paper and textile objects.7. Education and Outreach Programmes: Curatorial tours to visiting scholars, Young Curators Program-cum-workshop and conducted several educational tours for schools in Jodhpur.8. Assisted visiting scholars like Dr. B. N. Goswami (Paintings), Historian William Dalrymple (Paintings), Dr. Robert Elgood for Arms & Armor and Padma Shri Rahul Jain for Textiles at the Mehrangarh Fort.
