· Develop and Implement training strategy in accordance with policy.· Responsible to plan, manage, monitor, and implement employee training programs to ensure the optimal utilization and development of all the group staff and ensuring proper allocation of resources, training budgets, venues, training courses, selected trainees etc.· Recommends policies and procedures related to the Trainings to Head HR.· Responsible for development of the annual budget of the trainings that are planned.· Performs Training Need Analysis and creation of training. materials, assessments, facilitator guides, and learner guides.· Manages external and Internal trainings with proper execution of Calendar.· Measure effectiveness of training in terms of employee accomplishments and performance· Keeps abreast of latest training techniques, approaches, and maintains a periodic updated list of external training programs or vendors that can be resorted to for organization’s needs.· Ensures that the established training programs are timely coordinated and implemented, as per the approved budget and in accordance with the established policies and procedures.· Ensures that the facilitation and training providers implement the approved training courses and programs effectively and as per the agreed terms of reference.· Reviews evaluations of training courses, objectives, and accomplishments.· Responsible for compliance with SBP PR’s.· Manages LMS and responsible for reporting.· Processes all Training and Facilitation related fees to the concerned vendors (including project-specific external management consultants) as per the established policies and procedures and in conjunction with the Finance Department.
