OpenPlant Modeler was completely new product developed from scratch, and I have been actively participated in the requirements and design. Main responsibilities include design and development and coordinating with other team members locally and in India and US Offices.Engaged in Bentley’s Plant Interoperability initiative, across several legacy Bentley and 3rd party products. Actively participated in the design of the main framework architecture.Utilized a diplomatic leadership style as a foundation for directing development of Bentley’s (www.bentley.com) MicroStation based plant design software Plant Space Design Series. Actively identified UI / UX gaps in user workflows via UX reviews, user labs and feature tracking.

Primary responsibilities included design and development of AutoCAD based plant design software, AutoPLANT Modeler to ensure appropriateness, effectiveness, efficiency, and performance optimization.Developed a batch system to compile and deploy the software. Designed several skins not only for Viper Networks but also for more than fifteen partners / resellers including: Global-e-Science, MyWebPhone, Globali2Phone, IPFones, StarTeq, TrueVoIPDefault. Designed and developed a skinable framework for Brazil based web portal Terra Networks (http://www.terra.com.br). This involved evaluating currently available skin APIs, and choosing the right one for the requirements.
