• Develop and Implement field sales plan for the assigned area.• Effectively manage distributors/customers and their operations and their area wise targets (Jehlum to KP & Northern Areas).• Responsible to provide quality and on-time information.• Coach, motivate and develop, analyze dealers and area performance and make the strategies for business development.• Create and update market surveys and collaborate with research on market reports.• Monitor competitor’s activities and prices, design, implement & facilitate effective local marketing strategy and identify key marketing opportunities.• Coordinate with the Sales and logistic teams.• Manage daily Sales Orders, delivery notes, delivery schedule, daily outstation stock transfer (SAP).• Provide daily updates to Sales Manager regarding Stock availability.• Maintain minimum and maximum level of stock on the basis of demands.

Responsibilities: • Responsible for all the Export activities to Afghanistan in the branch office.• Preparation of Export booking files such as Advance Payments, E-forms (Manual plus Weboc) and Invoices (Commercial, Packing, Sales tax and Certificate of Origin) and maintain the record.• Submission of shipping documents to the State bank of Pakistan against the advance payment voucher as per SBP law.• Create and update market surveys and collaborate with research on market reports.• Monitor competitor’s activities and prices, design, implement & facilitate effective local marketing strategy and identify key marketing opportunities.• Confirmation of daily market export and local rates of different brands.• Follow up with sales and customer for the delayed/non-submitted documents.• Maintenance of data for the claim tracking and audit purposes.
