With over 7 years of experience in developing engineering software in C++, I am a passionate and skilled engineer who strives to deliver innovative and high-quality software solutions for the aerospace and power generation industries. As an Associate Tech Lead at TurboGen, I lead the axial turbine and compressor meanline solver development, integrating cutting-edge research and best practices into the software. I enjoy collaborating with a diverse and talented team of engineers, researchers, and customers, and I am always eager to learn new technologies and methods to improve the performance and efficiency of gas turbines.In my previous role as an Associate Tech Lead at Sutra Technologies, I was the lead developer of a gas turbine blade cooling design, simulation, and analysis software package, which was used by several leading aerospace and power generation companies. I was responsible for managing the developer team, planning and executing the sprint cycles, transitioning the software from 32bit to 64bit build, and updating the documentation and tutorials. I also worked on enhancing the software capabilities and scalability, such as generating and solving second order mesh elements, using Simmetrix and Netgen mesh engines. I demonstrated strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in C++, FORTRAN, Visual Studio, version control systems and CMake build system.
