I have had the immense privilege of playing a leading role in what I consider to be one of the greatest creative organisations in the world.Throughout my nearly 25 years at Cirque du Soleil, my approach was always to apply just the right balance of CREATIVE and BUSINESS to all decision making, strategy and problem solving. During my earlier years at Cirque, while in Marketing, I oversaw some of the major show and product launches that contributed to the phenomenal growth of the company’s brand. I was also heading up a myriad of new business opportunities that led to the company’s geographical diversification and delivered some of the first large-scale events, including the first performance by Cirque du Soleil at the Academy Awards, enabling the company to reach new audiences globally.In 2018, I was appointed Chief Executive Producer of the Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group, and was responsible for creating, producing and delivering all Cirque du Soleil creative works. In nearly 25 years, I successfully headed more than 1,500 projects around the world, driving the company’s growth and diversification by introducing innovative new content, products and formats.I was closely involved in the strategic direction and defining the vision and setting objectives for the group.Prior to running away with the Circus, I spent nearly a decade in the Casino and Hospitality industries where I gained extensive knowledge on Gaming and customer engagement.Today, I have the opportunity of bringing my experience and expertise to prodigious Boards as well as consulting for exceptional organisations and sharing my knowledge to brilliant young entrepreneurs.
