Regular rounds to all the wards for direct interaction with the patients and their relatives for bedside nutritional assessment. Nutritional Screening and Nutritional assessment of the In-patients within 24 hours of admission. Inspect Lunch meals served for conformance to prescribed diets and standards of palatability and appearance. Monitor food service operations to ensure conformance to nutritional, safety, sanitation and quality standards. Advise patients and their families on nutritional principles, dietary plans and diet modifications, and food selection. Diet Memo to be cross checked and alteration to be done accordingly. Planned Discharges to be Checked ,& Diet counseling to be given. Updating In-Patient Assessment/Discharges in Spreadsheet . MRD Pending Assessment completion. Diet Module Software to be Cross Checked & updated .
