CurrentAs a member of BIG's management team, I lead the development and implementation of the company's ESG strategy, policies, and initiatives, aligning them with the global standards and best practices. I also manage the company's Corporate Social Responsibility program, which focuses on creating long-term value for our stakeholders and communities.I am passionate about connecting people and bringing them together for a common cause. I leverage my skills in communication, social media marketing, and long-term customer relationships to engage our tenants, suppliers, investors, and employees in our ESG vision and goals. I also co-founded the Retail Innovation Club, a platform that connects retail and real estate professionals with cutting-edge knowledge and solutions, to foster innovation and collaboration in the industry. My mission is to make a positive impact on the environment, society, and governance, and to ensure that Big Shopping Centers is ahead of the curve in the rapidly changing retail and real estate landscape.
