• Leading a team of 3 people to manage business support functions and the Tradecorp operations across MENA.• Reporting to Egypt country Manager the monthly operations figures.• Supervising order intake in company ERP (Salesforce SFDC & SAP) and customer service duties.• Setting the KPIs and performance goals for my team according to the business priorities.• Double hat: Overlooking some administrative areas in Tradecorp Egypt such as suppliers payments, Taxes duties and submission of the e-invoices on the Egyptian Tax Authorities portal.

• Export management functions and support duties for Export orders from Europe (Ecolab Gmbh) to MEA region.• Working closely with customers to ensure they have the right import permits and all the import documentation required to receive the products in their respective markets.• Orders management: responsible for order processing in company ERP (SAP), invoicing, debit & credit notes issuance and letter of credit handling.• Serving as the link between the customers and the exporting entities of Ecolab.• Invoice forecasting and reporting duties, provide updated revenue recognition numbers to the business divisions and Finance on agreed intervals.

• Order processing in company ERP (iScala), review of commercial terms, payment & delivery terms as per distributor agreements.• Responsible for the full order cycle: Allocation and distribution of materials, invoicing, credit notes, and returns.• Managing and organizing the delivery schedule and the network of ground transport shipments across Egypt's different governorates.• Handling the import, inspection and insurance process from Ecolab USA and Europe to Ecolab Egypt to meet customer 'orders and cover the local market needs.• Managing the logistics operations for Nalco Water Egypt.• Stock and inventory management and inspecting safety measures in the warehouse to enforce the safety bar.• Drop shipments handling and serving as a link between Ecolab Europe and local customers.• Goods receiving and update of stocks data.

• Administration duties: Planning of traveling schedules, events organization, managing company records and filing system.• Payroll administrator duties: Processing new hires and terminations, preparing payroll reports for management review, monitoring the company’s bank account and overseas transfers.• Customer service and logistics coordination: following up on shipments and serving as a link between MENA customers and the head office in Spain • Managing office expenses vs. the approved budget and procuring office supplies.

• B2B Account officer and order management for Morocco, Tunisia, Sudan, Ethiopia and Djibouti.• Registration of monthly orders through BPCS (AS/400) and follow up on deliveries.• S&OP reports for forecasting and material purchase planning purposes to our factory in France.• Follow up on credit collection according to the agreed payment terms with different distributors.• Ensure trade compliance requirements are met during our Export operations from France to different markets in Africa.
