I am an Operational Scientist at Cambridge Cognition, largely conducting statistical analyses of cognitive test scores across academic & pharma studies spanning a variety of disease areas including psychosis and mood disorders. This includes advising and supporting customers, writing SAPs, conducting analyses in SAS and R, producing TFLs, and presenting and interpreting results. Alongside this, I develop and refine outcomes measures and cognitive tasks with the aim of improving test sensitivity, as well as customer experience.In my spare time, I am studying Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health MSc at King's Collegs London. Previously, I was a Senior Statistical Analyst at Pearson, primarily developing high stakes English Language Tests and analysing test results using methods such as Item Response Theory (IRT), and software such as SPSS, RUMM, and Excel VBA. I regularly presented results to key stakeholders with varying levels of statistical / test development backgrounds. I am highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
