Lawyer with over 8 years of experience, with focus on civil, consumer and digital areas. I graduated Law School at University of Fortaleza in January 2014, having started my master's afterwards, obtaining the Master's Degree with Distinction in Public Law from the University of Coimbra, in Portugal, in 2016.In my current position, I lead the contractual area, preparing the most diverse legal documents, such as contracts, NDAs and MoUs, monitoring and mediating negotiations between the company and the potential client, providing legal opinions, as well as participating in the analysis of notices and contracts arising from public bidding processes. Finally, I am part of the Privacy and Data Protection team, collaborating as the Legal Data Protection Officer.I have solid international experience, having worked in the United States (2011-2012), studied in Portugal (2014-2016) and developed tourism as a priority leisure activity.I have already worked in several volunteer projects, including three participations in United Nations model simulations, in Brasília and Belo Horizonte, and participation in the Young Volunteer Project, supporting a children's hospital, in Fortaleza.I am a tireless researcher, with interest in Digital Law, Compliance and Governance; Human Rights and Public and International Law. Currently, I have been dedicating myself to research the impacts caused by the use of new technologies to the protection of human rights.My areas of interest are: human rights, international law, digital law, technology, neurodivergence and minorities in general, volunteering, history and geopolitics.
