-Performs all functions of the chairman in case of his absence or upon request.- Provides a regular report to the chairman about all achieved tasks and problems faced in his section every month.- Collects heads’ reports, and provide them to chairman when asked for.- Assists the chairman in selecting the committees’ heads.- Fills in the head’s place and do his tasks in case of his absence; if there is no vice-head.- Assists in evaluating the heads in his section.- Has the right to replace a head in his section, with approval of chairman and vice-chairman of HR.-Follows up with all committees related to his section.-Provides policy and planning recommendation to the heads.- Has the right to ask for information from any committee at any time.- Raising the spirit of the heads and members, especially those in his section.
