As a leader of the Business Development and Account Management teams at Amazon Pharmacy, I am responsible for driving successful outcomes of our Payer partners while establishing new partnerships across the Payer and PBM industry. I’m honored to have accumulated almost 20 years of experience in leading product development and management, contract negotiation, and business development/sales strategy in the healthcare industry, driving a positive impact on the pharmacy experience in the industry. Previously, I was a Staff Vice President at IngenioRx, where I established the product organization from scratch, recruited 20 individuals, and built products that enabled sales growth and operational gain. I also contributed to the vendor evaluation and insourcing/outsourcing for the pre-launch of IngenioRx, and owned the shadow product P&L that included an innovative pharmacy network and a virtual pharmacist. At Anthem, I built a team that targeted medical pharmacy integration analytics and secured new business by creating a financial guarantee that was aligned with the value of integration and the use of predictive modeling and artificial intelligence.
