I'm an experienced engineer with a talent for solving problems and a strong background in creating and designing software. Whether I'm working in a team or leading one, I'm great at finding and fixing bugs, building new features, and making sure they work properly. I'm also good at writing down exactly what needs to be done and making sure our software meets the needs of our customers. I've helped train new developers and interns and I'm really good at looking over their work to make sure it's right. I've also led projects to make our software run faster and better, and I'm always learning about new tools to help with that. On top of all that, I'm there to help customers with any technical problems they have, whether it's by writing guides, emails, or meeting with them.
